Certified by the Rainforest Alliance, Las Bastilla Estates in Nicaragua provides unique micro-lot coffees using both traditional and unique methods. This particular coffee uses specialty yeasts (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) made by Lallemand for fermentation in a controlled environment which gives the coffee incredible complexity. From stone fruit to Citrus, this coffee is sure to impress your palate and your friends. This coffee is in VERY limited supply, so get it before it's gone!
